Do you mean you are going to use a physical multitrack? If so try this:-

Connect The FlexFX into channel 1 and 2 on your multitrack
Connect one of the main outputs (booth, aux, main) into 3 and 4 on your multitrack
Turn on FlexFX on track 1
Connect your amp to your multitrack and use your multitrack to mix the channels together for monitoring

I just made this up so I've no idea if it works but it should give you PGM 1 on tracks 1 and 2 and PGM 2 on tracks 3 and 4.

nobs, this wont work... tracks 3+4 will record the mix, not only PGM2.

I'm thinking that because you have something connected to FlexFX out but not FlexFX in, the sound will not be routed back into the mixer so FlexFX will be PGM1 and master will be PGM2
